1674 MERIDIAN BUILDING - 3RD FLOOR RENOVATION

This renovation project consisted of making a 'sheik' design scheme for the third floor office building. The entire floor was completely 'guted' to allow for the new construction as shown in the above photos. Structurally, the existing metal joists remain undisturbed being painted white along with the rest of the ceiling. The center desk is finished in Teak with white Corian. Previously the lobby and all common areas were designed by William Lane, Architect. Where now this third floor has become the 'prototype' for the entire building's scheme.

I drafted all the architectural construction documents and coordinated with the engineers for a complete set of plans for permit.
