HIGHLANDER CONDOMINIUM

This 11-story residential condominium building was completed for a developer who already had the conceptual design. I assisted in the drafting of the architectural construction documents including coordination with the engineering disciplines.

The building has two elevators, double scissor stairwell, maximum of four units per floor, a balcony per unit, total of 34 units and a two level partial underground parking where the upper parking level has green areas with tree planters.

The site is located in Miami close to a highway junction. The site improves the delapidated residential area and enhances the local community. Click on the image for more information.
