Trillium Take Out Restaurant - South Beach

This take out restaurant was a renovation to a former retail space in South Beach. The space was upgraded with a small cooking facility, handicapped bathrooms and garbage bin storage per health code. The space has since been leased to another restaurant tenant.

I surveyed the space to produce the as-built and the construction documents including engineering coordination.
